As a spice manufacturing and distribution organisation, Freddy Hirsch endeavours to offer uniquely differentiated products and services from Cape Town throughout Africa. Our passion for food safety is proven by our world-class milling and blending facility which qualifies to take part in the internationally recognised AIB Food Safety Program.
What we do:
- Allow an oven roast to rest in the warming drawer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- To prevent steak and chops from curling before grilling, slash the fat side with a knife.
- For lamb well done the cooking time is 25-30mins.
